Access and eligibility depend on local law where you are located. These terms apply to any account opened through fairpunt.asia where local law permits. You are responsible for confirming that online wagering is lawful in your specific state or territory before opening an account.

We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-account notification before the updated terms take effect. Continuing to use your account after the effective date of any change means you accept the revised terms. Minor corrections such as formatting or grammar updates do not require advance notice.

We retain account data for the statutory period required by applicable Indian law and our audit obligations, even after account closure. You can request a copy of the data we hold at any time by contacting our compliance team with your account reference and a description of the data you want.

Raise any dispute by contacting us in writing via the email address in the Help Centre, citing the specific clause you believe was applied incorrectly. We aim to provide an initial response within 48 hours and a resolution within 14 days. Unresolved disputes follow the escalation process described in clause 12.

We do not store your full UPI ID or Paytm wallet credentials. Transactions are processed through encrypted payment gateways that return only a tokenised reference to our system. That token is used solely for reconciliation and cannot be used to initiate a new transaction on your behalf.

We may suspend or restrict your account if we identify activity that breaches these terms, including but not limited to fraudulent payment attempts, identity misrepresentation, or use from a jurisdiction where access is not permitted. You will be notified of any suspension and given the opportunity to respond.

Log into your account and navigate to account settings to submit a change request. Sensitive changes — such as your registered name or date of birth — require identity verification documents before we process the update, consistent with the KYC requirements in section 3 of these terms.
